I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Naehas
Interview
I was notified of the position by a recruiting company. After the initial screening I had a first round interview with someone in HR/Hiring. I have almost 9 years of experience for what they were looking for.
Conversation went great and the recruiter told me the company was interested in me. Then I was told they require you to pass a Cognitive Ability Test. I and no one I asked had ever heard of it. You have to answer 50 questions in 12 minutes. I was told I got one chance and if I didn't pass I wouldn't move forward.
I prepared and took practice tests but was told my score was "too low" but they never told me what the score was (??). They also said they'd "give me another chance to pass".
I found this requirement ridiculous and rescinded my candidacy. If this company cannot believe in my 9 years of professional skills and accomplishments but instead only rely on a standardized test result that has no relevancy to the job itself that is not somewhere that fits into my career goals.
