Participated in a Zoom-based interview for a research director position. Questions focused on relevant background and expertise, with opportunity to describe how I would grow in areas where I needed to develop further expertise. Not a great position fit and interviewers were not engaged in listening to my responses. Received form rejection 6 months after my interview.
