First interview with hiring manager and then onsite. A 3-year-experienced guy did my interview as a 20+ year experience and got rejection after 2+ weeks. The questions were mostly simple but got rejection anyways. I will stay away from this company.

4 rounds were there . All were technical. Question were all realted to previous job. 1 from Hiring manager. 2 from team mates. 1 from managers manager. Basic questions. Few in depth. Puzzles. Chess. etc

Interview
2 one-hour basic phone interview, 2 4-hour technique interview with 9 engineers, I spend roughly one month for the interview, the HR is really nice. I can get the feedback usually 3~5 days after the interview.
