The guy was totally unprepared for the interview and mistook me for another candidate. He pulled out my CV on site, read it, randomly chose a project, and asked me to describe it in detail. When he didn't understand what I was saying, he became aggressive, stuck in his thoughts, and kept asking me to explain... The whole process was extremely unpleasant.

Interview
I had two phone interviews one after the other. Each was one hour long. Both had algorithmic questions with different engineers. Both were very nice and patient, ask followup questions. Contact me a few days after the interview.
