I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NUVI (Lehi, UT) in Jan 2016
Interview
3 Rounds of interviews was an average range of interviews for the interview process. First round was a phone screening with the in-house recruiting director. The second round was an interview with the VP of Technical Support. This individual has a background in education and has built the training program. He is looking for basic understanding of social media and that's about it. The third round of interviews is with the VP of Account Support. Having started at the company since day one, she is an individual who demands respect. The interview with her is more of a feel for whether or not she is going to see you as a good fit for the team. General questions about who you are and your work experience are asked as well as a search for a very sales driven personality is sought after. They are seeking an individual who is willing and able to upsell. That is young and willing to take a job right of of school for low pay.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NUVI (Lindon, UT)
Interview
Brought in top performers to tell me how awesome it was. They were the ones getting fed warm leads and they have an inaccurate description of the job. Have me a high salary and then when the job offer came reduced it by 10,000. Not very honest. Fun to talk with them though. Some of them became friends of mine.
