NTT DATA Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Interview difficulty was medium.Had 4 rounds of interview first was aptitude,Group discussion, Technical and HR round.All were conducted on same day and results was also declared on same day.overall interview process was good

I first spoke with a recuriter named Stephanie. She was very nice and helpful throughout the process. I then had an interview with a hiring manager and then final round interview with a member of the team. I have no complaints about the process. Everyone was pleasant throughout. Someone else with more experience than me ended up getting the role. But I appreciated the transparency and follow up from everyone throughout the process. I can tell this is a great place to work because of the good people I had met through each round.
