The whole interview process was around 5 Months long consisting of total of 5 interviews.
- HR Screening Call
- Tech Interview 1 with 2 panel members (basic but extensive)
- In office interview (fairly easy, also behavioral)
- Interview with Team Lead (Online, Experience Related Deep dive)
- In office (Interview with VP, mostly about core concepts and behavioral)
- Final HR Interview
Basically, they make it seem like they are really interested, but the whole process took basically 5 months in total with me following up after each and every interview for further steps. After everything was done and they said I had gotten the Job Offer, they told me to give them a number from my side which was way below the initially decided salary range in the HR Screening Call and tried to lowball me. Then they said they will take approvals because they wanted me in their team so badly, and then never followed back up until I ask them and then finally after 1 more month, they said the management has put the position on hold.
Extremely unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time, would never recommend anyone to join this company in my opinion.
