I initially received a phone call from the recruiter based in another state. She talked about the job, the general pay scale, and the next steps. She then set up a phone interview with the two hiring managers for the week after. The phone interview was more specific about the job and also some standard questions about working with a team, resolving issues, doing "repetitive" work, etc. They then sent positive feedback to the recruiter who then set up a face-to-face interview with the same managers a couple weeks later. Met with them in person and they asked same questions as phone interview and also talked more about specific responsibilities. Overall, they were kind and friendly and the questions were relevant to the job (no questions like, "what is your weakness?" or "what animal best describes you?"). However, the one negative is how long it took overall for a clerical position. It took over three weeks from first phone call to final interview. I didn't get the job, which is fine but probably dragged on longer than needed, which was tough since I was looking to work immediately.
