Very quick questions about yourself then did a test. The test was very fundamental, you need a good review of your uni knowledge. like stress/strain, load combination, joints, buckling etc. Also draw bending moment diagram/shear force diagram and deflection shapes. Then they asked you to ask them questions.

I talked with manager over the phone and he asked me some typical behavioural and technical questions. He explained me about his company and type of the projects the work on and number of people working in a team, the requirements for this positions and software they work with, their salary range, their clients.
