NIIT School Learning Solutions interview questions

pretty easy process compared to the role applied for. it was hr - sr manager - hr and closed. not very difficult process. had assumed that it will be very tough but was a cake walk

Got call from HR interviewed over phone. after few days got call again from senior HR lady followed by one test. The test seems to be only to show seriousness. then there will be no communication for 2 weeks. probably they wait for your call as when I call they show no interest and I too leave it there and to my surprise I got call after a week stating to send documents through email. After sending all documents they revert with their offer. which to my surprise is exactly the same which I was getting from previous company. Even after agreeing on CTC they asked to meet the ZH at their office. when met ZH it was no interview but just a meeting in most unprofessional way. even after 1 day got no communication and when I called them (the HR ) she said this is final offer and you need to join by XX date after which I will be withdrawn. Which is really wrong way of HR. at last when I joined all thing went smooth. So don't worry on their interview call as they just follow their way and will not offer you hike on your present salary.
