2 aptitude tests and 1 interview with HR The aptitude test are based on knowledge in Math , English and cognitive reasoning. The HR interview is 15 minute interview. Questions asked are about your expected pay, any previous experience and any knowledge you have of the organization

It took a long time between the application and feedback. Once the feedback came in, an IQ test was done online after which I waited for about 3 weeks before they got back to me. A matrigma test was then done online. Feedback was given after a week. I was invited for an interview but was required to submit a presentation about Fintech innovations: Enablers and disruptors a day before the actual interview. The interview was actually, delivery of the presentation plus a few questions. I was intervews=d by a panel of two. What I didn't like is that they don't have the courtesy to communicate that they won't give you the job, despite interviewing very few people.
