I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NDZ Performance (Wallingford, CT)
Interview
The company is located in the back of a fishing store which, from what I understand, is a sister company to NDZ Performance. They have offices and a pretty nice warehouse where they store product and fulfill orders from. NDZ Performance deals with gun accessories which they mainly manufacture themselves. I met with one of the owners, Tony. He was nice all throughout the interview and gave me a rundown of the company and it's history.
Unfortunately the pay was bottom of the barrel for what the job required. They also don't offer any benefits which means you'd end up making more flipping burgers for McDonalds once all the McBenefits kick in.
If you're just starting out in the eCommerce space, this company may be a good place to start off so you can show some experience on your resume so you can land a real job. But if you have any experience at all you're not going to want to waste your time.
I enjoyed the interview process but never heard back from the company which is a big negative for me. If they had said "sorry we're not going to move forward with you" I would have rated this as a positive interview experience.
