I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NCR Corporation (Fort Worth, TX) in Sept 2018
Interview
I had a phone interview with Greg who was the hiring manager. The phone screen went good and he assured me I would be brought in for a face to face interview. A few days later I received the canned response from their Talent Acquisition team stating they are moving on with other candidates. I was confused because the hiring manager said I will be brought in. So I sent a 'Thank You' message to him on LinkedIn.
Few days later he apologized and said there was a mix up. Days later their Talent Acquisition team rep sent me a invite for my face to face interview. I was happy about this. Then I go to the interview and met with Greg the hiring manager, another QA Manager from a different team, Product Owner & QA Peer, and finally a developer. All these face to face meetings were separate.
I felt the interview went well but have not heard back about this. I messaged the hiring manager several times and emailed the rep from the talent acquisition team after about 3 weeks. I know I have probably not gotten the role but still wanted some type of feedback so I can have closure. I would expect some response back from the Talent Acquisition team at the latest. Either they hired another candidate or they are still looking. I no longer see the role posted so I am assuming they filled the position. It would have been professional if they gave me feedback but since there was a mix up before, I should have known they would not get back with me. Their Talent Acquisition team is the worst I have dealt with in my experience.

Question 1
Can you name some of the most difficult challenges you went through during a project?
Interview is in person interview, no phone interview. HR talked to me in phone first, then I was invited to the office. After the interview, I was told there are a few candidates they need to interview, will let me know final result in a week, very friendly.
