Applied on campus website and got signed up to interview in campus. All basic interview questions. I didn't have much experience in the field as a student by that time, so the recruiter just asked some general questions, such like why did I choose to go to this school, what have you done that makes your parents proud of you, etc. After the interview, I received the offer letter in about one month. The process seems longer than other companies but overall a great interview experience, the recruiter was really nice, and was a fair offer.
