The interveiw process is like most organizations. They start with HR interview. Move along to department and they panel. They also do testing, which if you haven't done for a bit can be overwhelming.

Question 1
They ask standard questions. Why do you want to work for us?
The interview was on-site. It consisted of four half-hour meetings with multiple team members, including the HR and four managers. The interviewers are friendly, and the questions are typical. The conversation flows easily.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you have to resolve a conflict at work.
I applied online. I interviewed at NCCN (Plymouth Meeting, PA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Multiple interviews starting with highest level and then to lower level staff members. Most people have worked there for the bulk of their career and see anyone with >3 positions on their resume as "job hoppers". Hiring VP prepped me before meetings with HR VP and CEO said the position had been open for 4+ months and that the org needs a lot of improvement but is change adverse. She also shared that they are very strict with little chance for advancement as any promotion takes years and years. She was 10 minutes late for our meeting and couldn't stop yawning.

Question 1
Why NCCN? Why did you leave previous job/s? Will you be comfortable with a slow pace and decision by committee?
