After applying, a few days afterwards I received an email that had a link to take an eskillz assessment and a document to answer a few questions. Depending on your score on the eskillz, you will get an email within a few days informing you that they would like schedule a phone interview. During the phone interview, the man was very nice. He asked me a few questions and then told me that they will get back to me within a week letting me know if they would like to continue with an in person interview; or if they found someone that was a better fit.

Received two assessments via email to complete, followed by a brief phone interview with the recruiter, then a longer phone interview with the team supervisor, then an additional phone interview to test my spanish for the bilingual position. The process took a total of 14 days. The interview with the team supervisor was surprisingly lengthy and very thorough, which felt excessive considering the title and low pay. The Spanish interview was broken into two parts, conversational and translation. The translation portion was difficult.
