Interview is long. They asked about mainly my technical backgrounds, project experiences. Nice discussion, nice Interview and I like. The interviewers have good technical skills and proficient. *** I mean technical.
Hiring process that I faced (only my experience)
They accepted me by phone call, not by official letter. I am foreigner and I needed to prepare some requirements for work visa (spass). I really interested to their company so I even refused other jobs but after everything was prepared to submit spass application, they broke the connection with me. They didn't even reply my message. I don't know why. I prepared very actively for this. But finally, nothing in my hand. It may funny but it is my valuable my experience.
