Two rounds of interview. First round with team lead and a consultant, second round with team lead and one of the founders. They are more interested about get to know you as a person, your motivation and a lot sharing from current employees about their development since working at this company. The interview was very differ as normal interviews, they really cared, respected people and wanted to share inspiration during a short call, I was very impressive.
