Interview
First talk with HR then 2 technical interviews. One technical about design patterns concepts and deep c# coding. One technical live coding with a test like the ones in hacker hank, they choose it randomly. In my case I got 2 live coding tests in the first one I solved the problem and in the second I was asked to do it again with another problem to solve that was randomly chosen I couldn't do coding but I explained. They offer a salary based on the live coding, always the minimum and the follow-up is not good. Take into consideration to be in practice problem-solving coding challenges like the ones on hacker hank. Which we rarely use in work day by day.
