I submitted my resume via email in response to an online ad. The next morning the director called and we talked about my teaching experience related to ELLs. Then, we set up an in person interview for later that week.

Interview
The interview process was as easy and straightforward as they come. Actually, I don't think it really was an interview. If the director calls you in after reviewing your resume, then you probably got the job--all we did was discuss pay and how the classes are set up and which classes I would have.
