First stage video task, then a very thorough Founder interview, followed by a Case Study task in-person with a few members of the Founders' Team. Final stage was a meeting with the other Founder. Overall a positive experience - in depth, but a good opportunity to make sure it was a good fit.

A number of numerical / financial related questions - generally relating to unit economics.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Myedspace (London, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
The first interview was just to get to know me better, the second one was a scenario based test and the 3rd was a culture fit. The interviews were 1 month apart each. After the final interview I was told I would hear back within the week. After 2 weeks I followed up and was told that they hadn't made a decision yet. After another two weeks I followed up again with no reply and after around a month I saw that the job had been reposted. I emailed one final time to let them know that I was still interested and if they could provide some feedback, but I never heard back from them again. I feel like it was incredibly unprofessional to be ghosted after the final stage.

Question 1
About my experience and some scenario based questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Myedspace (London, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
The first interview was with VP of Product and went nicely. I got a take home assignment to be delivered in less than a week.
I delivered the assignment on time, with all what it was required, also covered the optional tasks and even went beyond adding more features.
They took more than 2 weeks to review my assignment. I was supposed to have a review call to discuss my approach for the assignment but instead I got an automated rejection letter with no feedback on my assignment or concrete reason of rejection.
