The interview process was extremely disorganized and highlighted broader issues with the company’s culture. They are clearly stuck in the early product lifecycle stage, and the lack of decision-making and alignment was apparent throughout.
I went through 7 rounds of interviews — with an external recruiter, multiple leaders, and even overseas stakeholders — after being told the role was urgent. However, the process constantly shifted, with changing requirements, unclear expectations, and unnecessary case studies. Despite all this time and effort, I was ultimately ghosted without any communication or closure.
Overall, the experience reflected a lack of direction and coordination, which doesn’t inspire confidence in the company’s ability to move forward.
