Interview
It was quite an unprofessional experience overall, communication was quite poor and the compensation package offered was quite horrible.
I tried communicating on email several times and the owner kept contacting me on WhatsApp - which is not a professional working platform when discussing a job opportunity.
I interviewed with the owner twice, once online and once face to face, and all went smooth. He shared an offer letter (3 weeks after) and the compensation was quite poor. I countered back and communicated that the offer was too low based on my experience.
He later then spoke to me and told me he will provide a counter offer with better compensation and he just didn't come back to me or respond all together after that.
I followed up after 2 weeks, and he said they had already proceeded with hiring someone else, after he informed me that he will provide a counter offer.
Very unprofessional, I do not recommend working with them since this is a small sample of how they treat their potential employees.
