Then they reveal the fact the position is 60-80% PHP instead of Java (classic Bait and switch), and become un pleasant when i'm surprised to hear it. They ask about former project and technologies but dont make an effort understand what you explain about it (or simply cant?). Then they ask a design question which they dont even know what they are aiming for.
