My interview process was pretty straightforward and communication-based. It started with an initial screening where they asked about my background and experience. Then I had a more detailed discussion with the team, where we talked about my skills, past work, and how I approach different situations. There were also a few scenario-based or practical questions to understand my thinking and communication style. Overall, it felt more like a conversation than a strict interview, focused on how well I could communicate and fit into the team.
