I applied online. I interviewed at My Equation Education (Ahmedabad) in Mar 2026
Interview
I went for data analytics internship interview. One of the interviewers she proudly said we don't have HR I think now they should hire an HR. My interviewers were two ladies both were inadequate don't know how to take interviews. They took resume but didn't read it. Before taking my application in consideration they should have read the resume properly if it's not under the criteria they should have not contacted me and if they are inviting for the interview atleast should understand if they can't offer what my expectations are as an intern. My technical round was not upto the mark I was transiting my career and looking for internship. They said we only give internship to college last year students I don't know why they were stretching the interview if i was not qualified and that's where interviewers should read resume properly and hire an HR. Funny part as a woman they asked about my marriage plan I said right now im focusing on my career both the ladies being women were lecturing me on you have to marry then lecturing me on being introvert. They need training how to conduct interviews, how to be professional and where to draw the lines. If these types of people are the HODs I am concerned about those college students what they are going to learn.
