It was a 3 staged interview, the last stage was with a company therapist (emotional support interview). They were interested in work life balance for employees, experiences in job field was very important.

Interview
They haven't formal interview process and clarify what they tried to do so all the process wasn't interactive and transparent. They didn't give me an opportunities to sell my ability.
A bit disappointed. HR team member forgot to arrange the interview with HR manager or leave any message. So sent away by another HR team member and did not hear any thing after that.
