Relaxed; willing to do a skype/phone call interview; they just want to know your personality before hire. J.T. normally does the interviews and he is a very nice guy. He asked why I wanted to work here and what were my goals for the summer. I was instantly put at ease during the interview. It only took a day for him to contact me and set up an interview, and since I was unable to do a face-to-face, we did a Skype interview. I would say the interview lasted about thirty minutes and at the end of the interview, i was offered the job.
