I applied through Internshala, got shortlisted for an Interview at Bengaluru.
Pros:
1) Nothing
Cons:
1) Lady HR doesn't know why she called for an Interview, asking some old outdated questions and hand over to some employee for some questions, does that show your professionalism?
2) They don't have a minimum common sense to give the candidate feedback after Interview. I pity that HR why she selected for that role, who don't do their proper work itself
3) After Interview, the candidate will be waiting for the result of an Interview, you and your senseless management won't respond to it. We have to wait for weeks or months for the result. Do you think we're Slaves or Beggars? If this is going to happen further, no candidates will attend for your Job postings. You're losing your own reputation
Advice to the management:
There is no proper strategy for recruiting candidates. Firstly, change the HR who neither fit their role or change the management behavior. Or else, no candidates will step into your startup and that's for sure.
