first a ppt then a Group discussion it was easy. you need to talk about the issue and lastly interview they ask normal questions regrading sales and marketing. as i am coming from tech background i am not sure about non tech ones.

it was quite easy . just basic hr questions will be asked. You must confident enough and good communication skills. The interview process includes Group Discussion , if you get shortlisted in that round you will be called for the HR interview , in which you will be asked very basic questions starting with self intro , strengths / weakness , why are you intereseted in that particular role .

Interview is very smooth and good . Hr is co-operative and it was good experiance. The questions they were asking is easy and relevent to job title.It was nice experiance.
