Interview
I found the job posting on LinkedIn and within a day of applying I had my first conversation with 'HR'. The process also included a Zoom meeting interview with the hiring manager and a few others and a 2+ hour onsite interview where I met with 6 of the UL folks. The communication, responsiveness, and overall positive attitude of everyone I met with made the process a great experience from start to finish!

Based on the small company size, I found that the questions were equally split between knowledge and personality to ensure that they were selecting someone that could do the job but also find the environment comfortable, productive, and inspiring.
