Mountain Heaven interview questions

Had a skype interview as it was last minute, really enjoyed the interview and thought the job sounded great. After being offered the job I saw the contract was not the best for employees. Owner was not upfront about the fact that if we left the EU I would have to pay for accommodation which is 3000 euro plus food and social charges.... so basically you don't get paid
