Motorway interview questions

Avoid like the plague: they ghost after final round regardless of follow-ups. Even if you did well it's not worth the risk and time commitment. Chaotic process and complete lack of organization. Know that if you invest your time into it, you might not even hear back as one of top 2 candidates. In terms of the actual process, there were 4 rounds total. One of the rounds involved travelling to one of their offices (uncompensated). After a 'final round' they scheduled another, real final round. This one got rescheduled at least 3 times for different times due to internal disorganization. After 4 rounds + travel was told that I am a strong candidate. Outcome: ghosted, despite follow-ups. Extremely unprofessional, genuinely shocking.
