I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Motivity Solutions (Denver, CO) in Oct 2016
Interview
Typical smarmy corporate hustle. I was contacted by Motivity Solutions to come in to interview for the position of UX Designer. It was a quick and shallow chat with senior managers and the CEO. It was rushed, one sided and basically just a platform for them to give me a "homework assignment" that basically included an entire overhaul of their existing junk UI. I finished the interview with kudos and backpats from their "team", spent 7 hours on the homework assignment and got no answer back...ghosted after handing over my free work to these people. They are obviously riddled with issues and instability and completely lack basic politeness and more importantly: Transparency!
Just look at all of their 5 star reviews, all written the same day, April, 28th to be exact; total shill marketing and unethical. Don't fall for these wanna-be-hustlers' time-wasting excuse for professionalism. I've been pretty annoyed since this happened and finally wrote a review on here to help others avoid this pitfall of a company.
