I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Motherhood Maternity (New Westminster, BC) in Mar 2019
Interview
It was relaxing, and it felt more like a conversation with a friend more than an interview. The conversation went from "interview mode" to the manager asking me about the stuff I bought at my old job because she was curious to see if they still had some of the things she wanted
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked "what are your expectations from a manager"
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Motherhood Maternity (Allentown, PA) in Nov 2019
Interview
My interview process was simple and insightful. I was asked about previous jobs, what I contributed, and my skills. Interviewer was nice, went over my resume and application. I did not have much retail experience, but my skills from previous jobs applied to this position such as cash register experience, cleaning, customer service, etc.
Very easy. typical interview questions. The process took about a week. They do perform a background check, so be on the lookout for that. That pretty much means they are interested in you
