Morpho Labs are a small private company lacking fame, yet want to know during the screening call why you are desperate to work for them. With Morpho first interview, there is zero storytelling about the company yet they ask why are you desperate to work for us? HR screening asked a range of silly, uninformed and disorganised questions, giving me a negative view of the company. I did not find the company's approach to be professional at all, it made me not want to work for such a company.
