A recruiter reached out to me after seemingly reviewing my public profile. In our short exchange, she went over the information already available online, and there were no additional questions or new details requested.
The following day, I was informed that they had decided not to move forward. While the communication was polite, the process felt a bit premature and left me unsure why the outreach happened in the first place. A more thoughtful initial review might have saved both sides some time and set clearer expectations.

Interview
A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn.
The first step was a phone call with the recruiter about the position and personal background.
The first interview in-site was about my job experience and had a design system question.
The next step was a home assignment, very related to the daily work and interesting and challenging to solve.
After having a session presenting the project, I went to HR + VP R&D interviews, and couple of days later I got the contract offer.
Overall the interviewers and HR were very nice, helpful and respected my time.
