I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Moon Active (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Apr 2024
Interview
The process included four stages. The first stage was an interview with the hiring manager, where I was asked to talk about a product I worked on and a challenge I faced. The second stage was a take-home assignment: to come up with a feature that could drive a specific KPI in the game and prepare a presentation about it. In the third stage, I presented the feature to several managers and answered their questions. The final stage was an HR interview. Overall, the process was professional and focused.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Moon Active (Tel Aviv) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process at Moon Active was truly impressive. What stood out most was how professional yet personalized the entire experience felt.
The HR representative was exceptional - going above and beyond by not only providing all the necessary professional information but also sending encouragement before interviews and highlighting specific points that proved valuable to focus on. Her responsiveness to questions and willingness to provide guidance whenever needed made a significant difference.
What I particularly appreciated about the technical/professional interviews was how they were structured as casual, interesting conversations rather than intimidating interrogations. This approach effectively relieved the typical stress that accompanies interviews and allowed me to showcase my skills more naturally.
Despite the process ending due to a company policy about siblings working together (my brother is already employed there), I was impressed by how they handled even this situation with transparency and respect.
I genuinely believe Moon Active sets a high standard for interview processes. If you're considering applying, I'd highly recommend the experience regardless of the outcome.

Interview
Fast, Professional, and Efficient Recruitment Process. Each step of the process was well-organized and clear, and I received updates within the same day or the following day.
Before the interview with the Product Team Leader, I was informed about the specific game I would be working on and was asked to come prepared with insights about it. This was a great way to focus the conversation and demonstrate my understanding of the product.
The process included:
An initial phone interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
An in-person interview with the Product Team Leader.
A home assignment (I had a week to complete it, and I could choose when to receive it to start the clock).
An in-person interview with the VP Product.
Another in-person interview with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader (immediately following the interview with the VP Product).
A presentation of the home assignment to the VP Product, GM, HR Director, and Product Team Leader.
