First I submitted some short videos describing a little about me and why I thought I would be a good fit for the company. I had an initial call with Pascal, which was really nice, to see if I was a fit with the company and where he asked me about my experience, and described me the company in detail. After that a very cool code challenge was sent to me, which I had great fun doing, although I normally don't like (and even refuse sometimes) to do a code challenge. I did finish the challenge, but then I decided on another offer I had from another company, so the process ended there. In the end Pascal asked me to do a short debrief on how the process went, which is really cool, since it shows they want to make the interview experience better for the candidates.
