1st interview - "casual" interview for 60 minutes with the Hiring Manager (CPO)
2nd interview - one-week time frame to complete a "Creative Task" assignment, for "competency" panel interview for 60 minutes
3rd interview - "Topgrading" interview for "as long as it takes".
This one is the most strange. There's a Pre-Interview Survey where they require you to not only share every company you've worked at and every position you've had, but every manager you've ever had, what their names are and /where they work now/. Requires quite a lot of time and patience to fill out. During the interview, they ask you about every single detail you filled out on the pre-survey, which is why this interview takes longer if you have had a longer career. There is absolutely zero clarity in how any of this information helps them to determine whether you can do this job well. (I genuinely am concerned why they feel the need to know where my past managers currently work.)
Reference Check - they ask you to provide 3 reference checks, preferred for managers, and they will call them and ask them strange questions for about 30 minutes each.
Provisional Offer - they will provide an unofficial offer, and allow you to negotiate it within 3 days.
Final Offer - sent via DocuSign
Entire process took 2 months.
