The interview process consisted of four rounds:
- an initial interview with HR,
- with the hiring manager
- multiple case studies that required significant preparation
- a final cultural fit interview
After completing all stages, I was informed that my skills were not a fit for the role. This was disappointing, especially given the amount of time and effort required to prepare for the case studies.
The process felt excessively long and demanding, and it would have been more respectful of candidates’ time if alignment on role fit had been assessed earlier. Candidates should be aware of the time commitment required before proceeding.
