Interview
Ease of interview depends on how well-versed and read up you are in the personal finance space. You don't need to be an expert off the bat but having the hunger to learn and have an always learning mindset is key to job satisfaction and success of interview. Humility - is an equally important trait. Be resilient and ready to embrace changes as a social enterprise seeking to disrupt the financial planning scene and malpractices in Singapore.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Share more about yourself, family, work , whatever you want. A quick case study discussion to access how you would plan for the given example. I got a case regarding planning for a young family with 1 kid. Pretty straightforward, discuss the planning and thought process and suggest areas of improvement. Plan like you would plan for yourself, you should not go wrong unless you own ILPs (which btw, is banned from the product shelf) and do not have conviction for low cost fit-for-purpose term insurance products.
