5/6 stages. It was ok, but generally quite clunky as a process.
2nd stage was a product demo, however they did ask me questions/ to show parts of the platform I wasn't able to access due to my access level, which I fed back.
My feedback was that they were disappointed that' I hadn't built out the platform more' which I found a little unfair as I had done what I could've within the short time frame.
I think it is important for the interviewers to realise that you don't work for monday, and therefore won't be a product expert in a few days of using it. I felt that it was more a test of monday product specific, rather than focusing on skills e.g. confidence, presentations, questions etc.
After 4 stages I received an automated email with the news of not being successful, but was offered feedback, when I replied to the email I received another automated email saying I'd been unenrolled from all communications- which wasn't a great feeling at all, and not a good look.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Monday
Interview
First interview was coding question of tagging groups and individuals and send them notification
Second interview was design e2e re arrange of rows in a monday board.
Didnt passed the second interview although I gave a good solution in my opinion

Question 1
Design the sorting after changing the order of rows on a monday board
5 rounds of interviews, slowly raising to a higher management for each. Felt a little excessive but I imagine they get a lot of applicants. Began with a video call and slowly increased from there. Very friendly interviewer.
