They did an HR phone screening and then they brought me in for an interview with a few developers. They ask a lot of stock "JavaScript interview questions". I'd recommend googling front end developer interview questions. They didn't ask any follow ups unless they weren't satisfied with the answer.
I'll let the team know they aren't challenging people enough. We want the best developers and stock questions won't get us there... Deeper google search next time!

Online application and in person interview. I was at the final stages of the interview(in person, reference and background check done) and waiting for an offer letter. They mailed me saying they decided to postpone the hiring for the role. I cancelled other interviews as I really liked the company. I also received calls from HR saying they are preparing my offer letter. It was very unprofessional of them to cancel at the last moment, a week before joining.
We are also disappointed in this unusual situation but our organizational priorities changed and we had to make a tough decision at the last minute. I appreciate the feedback you gave me about the process and communication when we spoke on the phone and I hope that the contacts I put you in touch with are able to help you with your job search.
