-3 rounds of interviews, with a technical and behavioural assessthat felt like they were just picking by brain rather than seriously hiring for this role. (Ridiculously almost 3 hours in length).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- a long list of super technical questions related to my past jobs which felt like they were just using to help train a LLM.
The interview questions were unprepared, inconsistent, and frankly terrible — the team didn’t understand the role, contradicted each other, and asked outdated or irrelevant questions that made it clear there was zero internal alignment.

Question 1
“Why do you want to work here?”
“Do you know our customers?”
This company is highly unethical. Do not work for them. These people conned me out of free consulting work, in the name of a "job interview case study".
They sent me an extensive case study to do before my interview. I spent a large portion of my week, and my whole weekend, working day and night getting this presentation ready for the interview. I sent it before the deadline.
The interviewer shows up, knows nothing about me being asked to do a project for the interview. He then scrambles to assure me that that means they're moving me to the next round of interviews, where it will be covered - and then the next day the company rejects me.
The project they had me do directly solves multiple problems they said they have in their business and would normally cost $6k-$20k in consulting fees.
These people are twisted and evil, and they will take advantage of people in the job market.
