- typical - met with a recruiter, very straight forward process and asked me basic pre screening questions. Nothing out the ordinary. I went onto the next round, but removed myself due to another offer before accepting that round.

I was contacted and invited through an outside recruiter to interview for Klara division. I interviewed with the outside recruiting team a few times, contacted by inside recruiter and then interviewed with hiring manager. This company ghosted the recruiter and myself. No news just stopped all communication

Interview
The interviewer was not prepared and very dismissive. She asked two questions and asked for my questions. The interview lasted about 13 minutes. This company seems to hire candidates based on how you look than what you know. I asked her how was the culture at ModMed and she replied, “we have great people”. That was it. A joke.
