Modern Health is a mental health company with a good product, but they don't seem concerned about the well-being of their candidates or employees, based on my interactions with the team and recent employee reviews. The recruiting process I encountered lacked focus, and did a terrible job at allowing candidates to demonstrate why we'd be a good match for the role, Only a few questions were asked - mostly timeline/logistics related, and how candidates handle tough conversations about compensation with employees. (Based on recent Glassdoor reviews, the team this role would be supporting is not happy and morale is suffering...)
No introductions, no quick description of the role, team, or company, and a lack of engagement from the interviewer If the interviewer asked better questions about a candidate's business partnering experience, we would have been able to better demonstrate our experience and how we would be a great asset to the team.
The interviewer also did not respond to requests for updates about my candidacy - no communication, no standard rejection email - despite attempts to reach them.
