Very professional and helpful in answering all questions. The staff also combined an interview with training to get a feel of what we would be doing. It was very relaxing and professional.

Interview
There was a two-interview process. The first involved an interview with 3 or 4 other people (I can't recall). It was more of a general getting-to-know-you interview and I believe the dress code was semi-formal/semi-casual. The second interview was more of a demonstration. They taught you a bit of their method and then had the job applicants perform it with each other.

I don't recall anything being exceptionally difficult. The demonstration aspect was a little nerve wracking, but they were just looking to see how quickly you picked it up.
