First meeting was fine, but the second round a SAT type of test was given for a creative role. Within that test you were asked to layout exactly what you would do to improve their product line. Although you should be able to articulate and sale your ideas it was in my opinion a fishing mission for ideas with no call back or correspondence after the test. I am a professional with over 20 years of experience in the field they were just getting into, and was given a test that actually skipped over the core traits of the job as a creative lead . Also the test was timed like you are working on a factory floor.
The way the second interview was handled shows now professional ethics and actually very telling of what type of values the leadership of this company exercise. In the long run a much better position presented itself and I would not recommend working for this company in a creative role because they do not grasp what it takes to move a small product line into an successful brand.
