Next was technical interview where there were questions on JS HTML And Scenario based UX questions

Interview
A phone interview was set and I was called at the specified time. I had to correct my phone number as there was a mistake on their end.
The initial phone call was around 30 minutes. For a design position, usually the interviewer will ask a few personality and design questions. That wasn't the case.
I was asked one brief design question ("do you have experience with wireframing?") And the remaining 25 minutes were spent outlining a sort of IQ test.
For whatever reason, the recruiter spent a vast majority of my time detailing an IQ test which he admitted several times is more of a formality and didn't count much as a deciding factor. (So why take it in the first place?)
We ended scheduling a date for the IQ test. I was told I'd receive an email with further details. I never received such an email, and contacted my recruiter, who never contacted me again.
Possibly one of the weirdest and worst interviews I've had. The company seems to be severly understaffed with poorly trained management (hence the compulsory IQ test screening nonsense). Even with a response I'd turn them down because of the many red flags I experienced.
